This WhisperWelcome™ ventilation fan model features Low Profile Housing Design with a
housing depth of only 5-5/8", WhisperWelcome fans provide flexibility
for installation in 2" x 6" and 2" x 8" ceiling joists. Dual rated for
4" or 3" duct, they are ideal for renovation since you can use the
existing duct. After 20 minutes, this ventilation fan has the built-in delay timer turns the fan off. No more
forgetting to turn the fan on with Panasonic's decision free
technology. Since .1" w.g. is an unrealistic amount of static pressure when
installed, our fans have been rated at .25" w.g., the industry standard
for performance measurement for ASHRAE, ENERGY STAR®, LEED for Homes,

fans not only provide powerful CFM output at .25" w.g., but our sones
have also been certified at .25" w.g. So they are quiet under pressure
and after installation. This ventilation fan is ENERGY STAR®-qualified products feature super-quiet operation and
high CFM-to-Watt efficiency. The ENERGY STAR program was created to help
consumers identify products that can save them money and protect the
environment by saving energy. As an ENERGY STAR partner, all of our fans
are ENERGY STAR-qualified and labeled accordingly. This ventilation fan has Detachable adaptors, firmly secured duct ends, adjustable mounting
brackets (up to 26"), fan/motor units that detach easily from the
housing and uncomplicated wiring all lend themselves to user-friendly
installation. This model also features a double-hanger bar system for
ideal positioning. This Panasonic fan has a built-in damper to prevent backdraft, which
helps to prevent outside air from coming through the fan. Also, thanks
to our efficient, cool running motors, it does not create excessive
heat. Loose fill or battery insulation can be placed directly over the
fan housing to prevent heat from escaping.
